NSA 2024 MEETING REGISTRATION

Meeting fees are based on your current NSA membership.  In order to receive membership discounted rates, you must be a current member BEFORE you register for this meeting. If you are unsure about your membership status, check your member profile by clicking here.  Not a member?  Join NSA now.

Registration fee includes entry into Technical sessions, refreshment breaks, the President’s Reception (Sunday), Student Reception/Auction (Tuesday), poster sessions, NSA Business Luncheon (Wednesday).

If you plan on paying your registration fee by check or wire transfer, fill out the online form and select INVOICE ME/PAY LATER, to generate an open invoice.  Payment instructions will appear on the invoice.  Any invoices that remain unpaid within 3 days of the conference are subject to cancellation.

Cancellations:  We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending. If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $70.00 US processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before February 23, 2024. Registrants who cancel after February 23rd will not be eligible for any part of a refund. The conference management office must be made aware of all substitutions or registration transfers in writing; email notification is preferred.

Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.
